The Peak of Rocky Mountain Majesty
A luxurious lakeside lodge, inspired by the great American National Parks, includes a massive lobby fireplace and an amazing geyser faithfully shooting water 12 stories high every hour. Recreation includes a heated pool with waterfall, sand beach and boat and bike rentals for use along the surrounding scenic trails. Artist Point restaurant features storybook dining in a rustic setting, inspired by the Disney film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!; Whispering Canyon Cafe features family-style dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Rooms & Suites with Club-Level Service

Concierge-level rooms include personalized Guest services, turn down service, and Food and Beverage offerings including snacks, afternoon tea, wine and cheese, and cordials and dessert (at specified times throughout the day).
Standard Room – Club Level
Rooms sleep up to 4 adults. Guest rooms offer views of Woodlands, Courtyard, Pool, Waterfall or Bay Lake. Rooms have two queen-size beds or 1 queen-size bed and one bunk bed.

Deluxe Room – Club Level Access
Rooms sleep up to 6 adults. Guest rooms offer views of Bay Lake, Woodlands or Interior Courtyard. Deluxe Room is larger than Standard Room. Rooms have two queen-size beds and one queen-size sleeper sofa.

Checking In And Out

When it comes to checking in and out, you have a few options: at the front desk, online through the official Walt Disney World website, or via the My Disney Experience app.

The front desk is located in the lobby of the main building of Wilderness Lodge. Even though the front desk is there to assist guests, especially with checking in and checking out, all Disney World Resort guests are encouraged to check in online or by using MDE.

  • Checking-In: After you check-in online or using the app, you’ll receive a room-ready notification via next. You can then use your MagicBand or MDE’s digital key feature to unlock your room door.
  • Checking-Out: Currently, guests will automatically be checked out of their rooms. But, if you have unresolved charges to your hotel folio, you’ll need to visit the front desk.

Note: Guests also have the option of to chat virtually with resort Cast Members via MDE for any assistance. 

As for Magical Express pickup and the bus stop, you can find those near the main lobby of Wilderness Lodge, along with luggage storage for those who have checked out or are waiting to check-in.

Parking is available at Copper Creek Villas. There is a standard $25 overnight self-parking fee (including tax) that is applied to guests’ hotel folio upon check-out.

Valet parking is also available for $33 per night.

Complimentary standard self-parking is available for non-resort guests exploring dining, shopping, entertainment, and other experiences during the day.

Boulder Ridge Cove Pool – Bask in the laid-back charm of this watery oasis nestled within the Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.

Bike Rentals – Get some wheels from Teton Boat & Bike Rentals, and cycle past pine forests and waterways teeming with wildlife.

Motorized Boat Rentals – Set out on a relaxing cruise aboard a motorized boat, available for rent in a variety of different sizes.
